Fort Wayne Mercedes is the worst new car dealership service department that I have experienced in my life, and I am in my 60's. I traded my S65 on a BMW M760i and my GLS550 on a BMW X5 Msport. The BMW service department has not left me regretting this decision in the slightest. I have loved my Mercedes' for decades and actually prefer them over BMW, but am tired of shipping my cars to Chicago for service because FW Mercedes can't get me in for 3-4 weeks and then wait for another 3-4 weeks for the repair ... I visited MB of Fort Wayne a few weeks ago to test drive a GLE450e, Cassie was assisting me. She was very knowledgeable and I loved her style of working with customers. Never felt pressured. I ended up purchasing a GLE450e (a demo from a different dealer out-of-state) but definitely attribute my positive experience at MB Fort Wayne with Cassie to my final decision! Looking forward to bringing in my vehicle for service in the future, or arranging concierge service that Cassie explained to me as I live about 50 minutes away.

I drove my mercedes off the lot today with no problems and great customer service was provided. And you will never be in a bind because they will give you a loaner till your vehicle is done being serviced.

There is a reason we purchased our Sprinter from FW Mercedes, two hours away from our home. The sales (Cassie) was up front, honest and responsive. Where FWM shined today was the maintenance team lead by Justin! Having a faulty hood sensor took a few hours of troubleshooting and then on a second trip (2 days later) the part came in. Never did I hear it will be two weeks or we can’t fit you in, never!! What a fantastic dealer and team. Thank you

Tyler in service had everything ready for us upon arrival. Raul in sales immediately explained all the functions on the all electric car we were trying out. These two made our visit very enjoyable. However, I will say there is one salesman who is tall heavy set, I would say either Indian/Pakistan descent, that was rude, aggressive towards me as I was going to charge the demo vehicle. Raul came out and got him away from me and apologized for his behavior. Other than that it was a great experience.
